Okie dokie, an older southerner but not a plantation owner. Now, le't look at some of the men who meet your basic qualifications.  Here's an interesting one: he's intellectually curious (having written on subjects from snakes to astronomy), a medical doctor, and a close friend of Ben Franklin's (they even worked together on electrical experiments). His Friends say he has "a language and manner that might be considered abrupt," but that he has "much good humor and pleasantry in his character."  By the way, he's the only delegate I know that's written about his belief in extra-terrestrial life.

We could look for UFO's together for life.

I've never trusted men of science.  Show me someone else.
