Professor Chris Holman teamed
with Robert Cook-Deegan, M.D. of Duke University to file an amici brief
in The Association of Molecular Pathology v. United States
Patent and Trademark Office asking the Court of Appeals of the
Federal Circuit to reverse a district court's decision finding inventions based on genetic discoveries ineligible
for patent protection.
