Your Photo for the Brochure

What Doesn’t Work:

1. Web Pictures – Most Web pictures are low resolution – 72dpi. They aren’t meant for printing

2. the photo in your Microsoft Word Vita

This is not in a Photo format so it cannot be put into a graphic design layout

3. A PDF

This is not in a Photo format so it cannot be put into a graphic design layout

What Works:

A. An original photo – color or black and white. The photo must be at LEAST 1 inch by 1 inch

OR

B. A digital photo in some photographic format: JPG, TIF, BMP at a minimum of 300 dpi, minimum size 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches (450 pixels by 450 pixels) (if you don’t understand this, talk to your computer folks)
